Same as its Artes Group sister companies, Aelterman is located in Belgium. While preparatory works are conducted in our workshop in Belgium, on-site finishing takes place on our domestic and foreign sites. That way, you might be spending a couple of days abroad, to put the finishing touches to our connecting bridges. An adventure, indeed, yet never faraway from home.
The most fun part about working at Aelterman? You really feel like you’re part of something bigger. Every time we get a new or international order coming in, I feel proud. I get to participate in a project that connects people. And that gives me ‘immense’ satisfaction.

We never shy away from a challenge, turn the most complex constructions into works of art and make sure every detail is absolutely perfect. In our ‘SMART’ training centre, everything centres on your growth and development. Whether you’re just starting out or already have more experience, we give you the opportunity to learn and improve your skills. You will be assigned a mentor who will support you from day to day, supplemented by theoretical courses and both internal and external training opportunities. As well as a training plan tailored to your position, SMART also offers you the opportunity to determine your own growth pathway. We provide a solid foundation, but you take control and determine how your career develops.
